Deck the Walls!: Christmas Exhibition

Sarah Wiseman Gallery announces 'Deck the Walls', the annual Christmas group exhibition this festive season.

In their annual Christmas Exhibition, Sarah Wiseman Gallery hand-picks the best of British contemporary artists and makers to see all in one place. 'Our Christmas show is the place to find something beautiful for the art lover in your life.'

'We have so much fun thinking about what we'd like to include - this year we will have lots of our regular favourites that customers return for year on year, with additional new artists to see - there's more being confirmed, so watch this space!'

Highlights include works by Fletcher Prentice, who has enthralled gallery visitors with his beautiful depictions of tiny birds and detailed floral landscapes.

'We're also excited to show ceramic pieces by Kate Garwood, a wonderful potter who is based just up the road from the gallery, near Henley. She makes small batches of contemporary utility ware in Stoneware, using bright colour and sgraffito decoration. It has a very mid -century modern feel.' 

Other artists included will be the award-winning author-illustrator Catherine Rayner, and Oxford-based artist Bee Bartlett, who specialises in atmospheric depictions of Oxford and other cities she's been inspired by.

'Deck the Walls!' launches at Sarah Wiseman Gallery on 20^th November and continues until  4^th January 2022.
